We raise and process all meats on our farm so you can know your food, your farmer, and your processor. The only additives in our meat are love, hard work, and the occasional tear!
Quail Eggs
Every egg is a work of art!
Taste just like a miniature chicken egg (3 to 4 quail eggs = 1 chicken egg). Great for gifts, gourmet cooking, unique presentations, appetizers and more. Our favorite way to use them is for pickled eggs. They also make a healthy alternative to sawdust like pet treats - just toss your favorite pet an egg; shell and all.
The membrane inside a quail egg is thicker than that of a chicken egg, so we recommend a pair of egg scissors. We sell quail eggs by the dozen with or without scissors - scissors only add $2 to the price. The scissors are easy to use - just cut the top of the egg off and pour the egg out. Alternatively, hard boil the eggs and avoid the need for scissors.
Each dozen eggs comes in a mini plastic egg carton.
