Californian Rabbits

We raise Californian rabbits for meat, breeding stock and show.  

We have two lines of Californian rabbits - premium pedigreed rabbits and production non-pedigreed.  Both typically reach 5 pounds at 8-10 weeks.  

Our pedigreed rabbits are selectively bred for form and meat production.  They are winners for 4H and FFA county fairs and competitive quality for ARBA shows.  Don't let their show quality fool you, their superior form makes for a high meat to bone ratio and large loins.  They make an excellent investment in the future of your meat rabbit stock.  

Our non-pedigree rabbits are good meat producers and can also compete in market pens at the county fair.  They make good breeding stock for backyard meat production; they just won't have as high of meat to bone ratio as our pedigreed stock.  

Prices vary depending on quality and age, but generally our pedigree rabbits <6 months old sell for $100 and non-pedigree for $30-40.
