Whole Goose
The perfect centerpiece for a special holiday meal. Roasted or smoked, this rich, red meat is similar to roast beef.
We produce a limited amount of whole geese that will be available from October to December. Our geese are grass fed and finished on grain - typically ranging from 7 to 9 pounds.
Quantities are very limited, reserve yours early with a deposit. The final price will be based on the weight of the goose - $9.99/lb minus your deposit.
***Note you are paying a DEPOSIT for a goose that will not be available until fall/winter.***
