Whole Chicken
These whole birds are great for roasting, smoking, grilling, or rotisserie. Our favorite is "beer can chicken" - slow grilling or smoking vertically on top of a can of beer. Pasture raised chicken is lean; more moisture and less cooking time works best.
Each bird is packaged in a heat shrunk bag, allowing for long-term storage without freezer burn.
