Always a great conversation starter at summer BBQs! We get it, this is not something Americans typically eat - but it is another favorite for our family. These memorable appetizers are great grilled on skewers or quickly seared in a hot pan on the stove. Toss them with olive oil and salt, then cook them hot enough to sear the outside, but quick enough to maintain pinkness on the inside. After cooking, we like to toss them with fresh parsley and grated parmesan cheese. Chicken flavor and nutrient dense.
